Any complaint, whether made through the app, in writing, or verbally, is immediately referred to our Support agent and recorded into the system either automatically or manually.

Our Investigation Process

Once we receive your feedback, our support team will review it carefully and aim to respond within 48 hours. Urgent matters are handled immediately.
If we need any additional details, a member of our team will reach out to you directly.
We will take the appropriate action in coordination with our drivers and management to address the matter properly.
When needed, we will keep you informed about the outcome.

Once everything is resolved, the feedback ticket will be closed in our system.
